Event description:
Please join us for an interpretive tour of The Crossings Preserve, a part of the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve. Located north of Lake Travis above Cypress Creek, The Crossings facilities are surrounded by a 175-acre preserve, a unique natural area that is home to the golden-cheeked warbler and a great variety of other birds and wildlife managed by Travis County Resource Staff. So come on our for a great spring hike in the woods that surround this destination hotel and spa. All ages are welcome on this hike. This hike is hosted by Travis County as part of the 2010 BCP Hike and Lecture Series.
